WHO WE ARE

Crochet 4 Cancer is a nonprofit organization that collects and donates handmade crochet hats for chemotherapy patients across the tristate area. Many patients undergoing chemotherapy or other cancer related treatment will eventually experience hair loss within three weeks of their initial treatment. The handmade donations will go directly to hospitals such as Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Bellevue Children's Hospital. The organization encourages high school age students to join the effort and donate to the cause.
